Parent and Guardian Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for Premier Learning Support to provide services to a minor student.
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Premier Learning Support of relevant changes that may affect scheduling, communication, safety, or educational support.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and for activity performed through their account.
Account access should not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Premier Learning Support may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect students, users, the platform, or the business.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments and tutoring sessions are subject to availability and the scheduling terms communicated at the time of service.
Customers are responsible for reviewing appointment details and providing reasonable notice when a scheduled session must be changed or cancelled.
Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated as part of a specific service agreement will also apply.
Fees and Payments
